Woodstock Historic Artist Estate - The Pond House

Awaken to an idyllic lake view through a timber-framed glass facade. Acclaimed social realist painter Reginald Marsh's family estate is known to be unique for Woodstock with its ball shaped junipers, a pond that brackets the house, expansive lawns, a gathering of birches and 100 year old cone shaped cedar trees. In short walking distance to the center of Woodstock the secluded setting with a private waterfall bordering a public preserve as well as the attention to architectural detail is unique.

Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Mariaville Goat Farm Yurt

A charming, stylish 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the artistic landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Camp Stardust is a private lakefront retreat for guests seeking peace, nature, and an exceptionally beautiful setting. Wrapped in windows, the cabin offers panoramic lake views and frequent wildlife sightings. Enjoy outstanding kayaking with easy access from your private boathouse. IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only. So, we can offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. La Bella Loona - A beautiful 1 bd cottage located directly on Schroon lake. Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The Old Canal House at Halfmoon

Located in a 200-year old historic brick house, the guest apartment is fully furnished and all windows face the Mohawk River and a scenic walk path. Nearby Kayak rental is available. We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.
