Built from a saved, moved, & reconstructed 1850s- era barn from a former local dairy farm, this upstairs studio space features views of the Berkshire Mountains and walking paths on the 5 acre grounds. 20 mins from Jiminy Peak. 20 mins from Tanglewood Music Center. The space has a queen bed, sofa, kitchen area with fridge, sink, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig and coffee, toaster, and cooking essentials. **EV Charging Station coming sometime summer of 2023. A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Recently renovated. Close to the Hudson River and Village Park. Walking distance to great restaurants and Brewery. There are hiking trails, kayaking, shopping, vinyards and a Castle near by. Hudson is a bridge away or a Ferry ride across the Hudson River. Our property has a two car driveway in the front of the house off of Washington Avenue. You can also park in the municipal lot behind the house. Electric charging stations are available there.
