The resort is just 10 minutes from Lahaina and the golf resort at Kapalua is just a short distance away. Please note the State of Hawaii / Maui County TAT and GED taxes totaling 18.5% are included in your quoted price. Additionally, there are no resort fees charged by Royal Kahana with the exception of a $18.00 daily parking fee paid at the front desk.

One of the nicest, if not THE nicest units at Papakea. Truly deluxe! Ocean front with full ocean view, just 30 feet from the ocean. If you are looking for multiple units, we are also owners of G104. This is a legally permitted vacation rental and is hotel zoned according to the County of Maui ordinances.

Spacious studio at the Royal Kahana that opens up to a large lanai with a full ocean view. Enjoy evening sunsets with a cold drink seated at the pub table on the lanai or in a comfy lounge chair next to the pool. This recently updated condo provides a fresh and relaxing environment for your next Maui Vacation. The building association charges $18 per day plus GET for parking. Limited street parking is available for free. The Royal Kahana is a Hotel zoned property.

We stock our condo with four beach chairs, umbrella, two coolers, boogie boards, and pool toys for you to use.
