This cute one-bedroom bungalow is fully self-contained. Though it is attached to the main house, it has its own private entrance and porch, complete kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer. It is conveniently located in a quiet, southside neighborhood: less than a mile from Lake Mayer park, about 10 minutes from Sandfly & Skidaway, 15 minutes from downtown and River Street, and only 30 minutes to Tybee beaches. There is covered parking at the back and a beautiful live oak tree in the front.

Starlander Ltd.: The XL Suite, w/ private bath

The Starlander suites are within a 1920s townhouse that's part home (mine), part guest house, part art gallery, and a little bit library (I have a few books). I've travelled to over 70 countries, and my favorite stays were not in hotels, but in small guest houses and hostels with private rooms available. I liked the home-grown character of these places, and the chance to interact with the hosts and other guests. I hope to give others a similar opportunity in Savannah at the Starlander.

Laid back guest house located close to the marsh and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Located at the end of 144 Spur and Fort McAllister State Park, across the street from the public launching ramp. Fish Tales Tiki Hut on the Marina in less than half mile away, bring your kayaks or boat and have a truly memorable time, we have the space! Wake up to Trees, walking trails are less than a block away. This is the scene of one the great navel battles of the civil war, explore the history of the fort.. We are 30 mins from Historic downtown Savannah.
