The house is architect designed, spacious and modern with 3 king and 3 single beds plus a travel cot. Cottage chaleureux avec kitchenette sur 2 hectares de verdure. La partie sanitaire est à 20 mètres (évier, WC indépendant et douche à l'italienne chauffée). Des toilettes sèches sont maintenant dans le gîte. Le gîte se trouve dans une zone traversée par 5 chemins de randonnées dans les gorges de l’Auvézère et de nombreuses activités touristiques comme les châteaux, les plus beaux villages de France, les marchés de producteur et activités sportives.
