Tropical apartment with beautiful pool only steps away from the ocean. Owners live on the property. Our goal is to maintain your privacy while being close to help with any of your needs. There may be a chance you will share the pool area with other guests or owners. If you have a pet, please inquire before booking. Our Border Collie Jax, can be picky about the friends who visit him. Interested in fishing, diving, or island hopping? We have a boat available to take you out for an additional fee.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.
