Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. This spacious studio has a fully stocked kitchen with custom concrete counters, NM Piñon coffee and assorted teas, dishes, pans, spices and even to-go coffee cups for exploring the city! 50” smart TV, comfy queen bed, beautifully tiled shower with tall shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and linens are all provided so you have everything you need!
