Fully updated 1935 Cabin next to Green Valley Park that is RV and EV charging friendly. Walk the shops/boutiques/theater/dining of Main St to the east or the Zane Grey Cabin & Museum/parks/fishing/kayaking/playground to the west of the property. Plenty of parking for vehicles, ATV trailers, or even an RV. Front yard is fenced and gated for dogs. Concerts in the park, 4th of July fireworks from the porch, mountain biking, OHV rides, rodeos, and so much more. About one hour drive from PHX valley.

Well-behaved small-to medium-sized furry babies are welcome. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard with plenty of seating. There is RV parking, on-site and off-street parking for your convenience. Beautiful Hiking trails all around! 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. Close to Tonto Natural Bridge, East Verde River, the Mogollon Rim, and Water Wheel campground! 1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
