All within minutes from here by your car as public transportation is limited. No drugs or weapons. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. No smoking allowed on property or in Suite. No pornorgraphic, racist or sexually explicit use of Host's personal wifi will be permitted. Garden setting in- law suite residing in a quiet West Sedona residential area. 350 sqft² self-contained studio with separate entrance. Suite is attached to the house with a shared front garden and deck. The Kitchenette is small (refer to pictures) but works great for small meals. It is equiped with a sink, toaster oven, one burner, microwave, Mini fridge, electric tea kettle, french press, and cooking and eating utensils. It is close to all amenities and hiking and biking traiils.

Cozy birds nest: close to town, trails, & taverns

This peaceful and clean space is a secluded side of the house. It's your own space! We are in W. Sedona. You'll have a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, a small table and chairs, a frig, and a pod coffee maker. You'll have privacy, but we're happy to help you with whatever. There is no microwave. The Garden Park Cottage is a small apartment space attached to our home with a private entrance. The wood ceiling and cozy space give it a cottage feel. It is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. The trails for hiking and mountain biking are within walking distance, as well as shopping and good restaurants. This is an owner occupied apartment ( the owner lives on the property ) and it does not take housing options from the working people of Sedona.
