Epic record collection & hot tub in bright home

Close to Willamette River waterfront trails. Two blocks from Ladds Rose Gardens, Clinton Street (several cool bars, patios, Loyly spa, and theater!) and Division Street - home to some of the city's best restaurants — Ava Gene, Omas, Fairweather, Quaintrelle, and more. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Eclectic cottage & sauna bath house/SE Portland

This cottage is a rustic bohemian experience. There is a queen bed and a sleeping loft which is good for kids accessed via a built in ladder (one bed and one ikea double mat (great for kids) in total). Cottage has a kitchenette in the main room where the bed is. There is an OUTDOOR shower/bath and sauna which is incredible in the fall and winter! Inside the cottage there is small bathroom which is in fact down right tiny (not for big folks) wood stove/ oil heater/ac. no smoking allowed.

A private entrance will take you (in basement) to this comfortable, quiet space with a sitting area with a 50" TV with Netflix, mini fridge, microwave etc. The bedroom has reading lights and a queen size bed. Updated linens/towels are provided along with room to hang your clothes. En suite bathroom with amenities including a bidet. The home is situated within walking distance from the best city park, restaurants and shopping! Mass transit is steps away and on a main bike thoroughfare.

Recently remodeled 1950's bungalow. All hardwood flooring, natural light and open concept. The kitchen is fully stocked and great for family meals. Fully fenced backyard, garden with wood burning sauna and bright living space. House is ideal for multiple couples, business trips or a family visiting Portland. Cozy one-bedroom basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Queen-bed. Decorated with art from my travels in Turkey, Colombia, China and Egypt with descriptions in the AirBNB binder. No stove but small refrigerator, microwave and toaster and sink. Cabinet with plates, cups, silverware. Board and card games in cabinet below the TV. Lovely cottage in SE Portland neighborhood. Bright and quiet. Easy, free parking. Nice park at the end of the block with skateboard park, soccer field, basketball court, and playground. Great public transportation: 2 frequent bus lines within 1.5 blocks. By car, 15 minutes to downtown Portland, 30 minutes to Multnomah Falls, and 1 hour to Mt Hood skiing!
