I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. We have area that if you need to park a truck and trailer for enjoying our mountains. We own a kennel on the property. This is a great place to stay and have your pet close for a minimal fee to go for a walk with you. We request that your pets stay in the kennel area to help keep cleaning costs down.
