It's important to respond to guests within 24 hours, but if a pre-approved invite, special offer, or request expires, you have a few options.
Send another special offer
It’ll be valid for 24 hours. Here’s how they work and how to send one.
Ask for another request
Ask the guest to send another request for the dates they want and be ready to pre-approve or accept right away. You can also turn on Instant Book to automatically pre-approve questions and accept inquiries.
Withdrawn requests
If a guest withdraws a request before you respond, it’s likely because they booked another place. If they did it by mistake, just ask them to send a new request.
