佛羅里達州雷丁頓岸(Redington Shores)

When deciding whether to become an Airbnb host, it's important for you to understand the laws in your county. As a platform and marketplace we do not provide legal advice, but we want to give you some useful links that may help you better understand laws and regulations in Redington Shores. This list is not exhaustive, but it should give you a good start in understanding town laws. If you have questions, contact the Redington Shores Building Department or other local agencies directly, or consult a local lawyer or tax professional.

Certificate of use permit

In the Town of Redington Shores, short term rental operations are required to obtain a Certificate of Use permit to offer vacation rentals, as applicable. You can find the short term rental certificate of use application and standards here

When advertising your space online, your Certificate of Use permit number should be included in the listing. To make it easier for hosts to display their number, Airbnb now allows hosts in Redington Shores to fill in their registration number in a dedicated field in the registration section of a listing.

Other contracts and rules

As a host, you need to understand and abide by other contracts or rules that bind you, including leases, co-op rules, HOA rules, or other rules established by tenant organizations. You should be able to find out more by contacting your housing authority (such as a community council) or landlord. Your lease (or other contract) might also have specific details.

Our commitment to your community

We are committed to working with local officials to help them understand how Airbnb benefits our community. Where needed, we will continue to advocate for changes that will allow regular people to rent out their own homes.
