A la fois boucherie et restaurant, vous pourrez soit y choisir votre morceau de viande en vitrine pour le déguster à la maison (grand choix de races à viande : black angus, charolais, blonde de Galice, Waygu, selon arrivage) soit déguster sur place des burgers, tartares ou pièces du boucher.
