Wherever possible, we buy daily from local inshore dayboats who fish off the coast of Kent and the South East many of whom we have bought from not only for years, but for generations. The dayboats are small typically under 10 metres and are out and back within the day so their catch is typically available to our customers within 24 hours. All our products are fully traceable but because of our relationships with local suppliers, we can usually tell you not only who landed the catch and when, but also where it was caught and how.
