Barsuk is a democratic gourmet restaurant with "comfortable" cosmopolitan food. Basic members of the team work since the moment of opening (2010), and the owner and brand-chief Dmytro Borysov can be found here right in the kitchen.

Excellent food from a famous Kiev restaurateur Dima Borisov. Don't be put off by the unimpressive interiors - people love this place for delicious homestyle dishes.
