Fresh food, locally sourced The Brasserie at The Carlton is the perfect setting to enjoy a meal, freshly prepared in our kitchen using some of the best local produce around. We are open to hotel guests and non-residents. Brasserie is a French term referring to an establishment where the food is good, but simple and served in a relaxed setting, which typifies the ambience of our in-house restaurant.

Known as a good place to stay if you are looking for a hotel but less known for its really lovely food. We often go there for Sunday lunch when we are in the area. Highly recommend.
