70 miles - First Colony Mall is a regional shopping mall in Sugar Land, Texas, located about 25 miles southwest of Houston. The mall — located south of the intersection of Interstate 69/U.S. Route 59 and State Highway 6—opened on March 14, 1996 and was recently expanded in 2006

This is a small mall but has all the basic stores like Macys, Crate and Barrel, Dillards, Chico´s, Cheesecake Factory, Vera Bradley, as well as plenty of sports stores and restaurants. If you want the big brand stores (Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth, Louis Vuitton) you will have to make your way to The Galleria in Houston, about a 25 min drive.
