$ 2651 N. Kedzie Ave. Very short walk. Best grilled cheese and chocolate shake lunch you'll ever have! Takeout/Delivery only. Right across from the train station, next to Longman & Eagle

If the wait at Longman & Eagle is annoyingly long, don't overlook Same Day Cafe - a small, casual menu, but everything on it is commendable.
