This tower is located right in the center of the old city on one of the several walking streets. It has a very wide walkway all the way to the top where there is a great view. Christian IV had it built so that he could drive his horse carriage all the way up.

Rundetårn is one of Copenhagen's historical landmarks, built by King Christian the 4th between 1637-1642. From the top you have an amazing view of the city centre. Entrance for adults (15 years+) is 25 DKK.

The round tower is an old planetarium, build by Christian IV. From the top you have a fantastic view of Copenhagen

The Round Tower - the 17th century tower and observatory Rundetaarn, or the round tower, is the oldest functioning observatory in Europe. The observatory is encircled by an outdoor platform from which you have a magnificent view of the old part of Copenhagen.
