Public pier is just a few baht to cross over to the Bangna pier, if you can't get a private longtail boat. Or want to try something different.

This place is will give you feeling of nature and village life within Bangkok. Its called lungs of Bangkok and have park, rental Bikes are easily available for 2USD many trails to explore and see nature.
