Bourbon? Fried chicken? Southern food? Yes, please. Cooter Brown's is the kind of place you would ordinarily walk by unless someone recommended it to you. Happy hour specials are top notch. The view from the roof down Rehoboth Avenue is perfect. It is somehow the perfect marriage of upscale and down home.
