Charming little fishermen village, site of many legends and stories. Most important the home of Cyclope in the Odyssey.

This is a small town 15 km from Catania where the Cyclopean Isles are located. In summer you can rent a canoe or a catamaran. In winter, it's just nice to walk along the promenade under the sun and eat at local restaurants. If you are going to swim there, I highly recommend buying swimming shoes so as not to cut your feet on the carals. Bus 534 goes there from piazza Paolo Borsellino.

An unique fisherman town, full of history and legends (the Malavoglia family, Ulisses and the cyclope Polifemo)

Very beatiful landscape with "faraglioni". You can take bus 535 to reach this nice place
