New Nordic Cuisine is known all over the world and Copenhagen is known as the capital for it with Noma being the most hyped restaurant in this category. Noma can be difficult to get a table at and honestly, Väkst does this kind of food really well as well and at affordable prices. Nice restaurant in a two level greenhouse-style. Nice for vegans and meat lovers.
