Cramond is a small village on the shoreline of the Firth of Forth. It has a small beach. There is a pub and views There is a small island, Cramond Island, which is accessible via a causeway for only some hours of the day. It is very important to check the tide times before you cross to the island, they are posted on noticeboards by the causeway, and to wear suitable clothing.
