Try focaccia bread Focaccia bread originated in Liguria, the area in which Cinque Terre resides. You’ll find entire bakeries devoted to this fluffy bread, with all sorts of toppings. It makes a great snack or something to buy and then eat on the beach.

It's part of 5 Terre. Monterosso al Mare is the largest village of the Cinque Terre and also the first to be documented (1056). Consisting of two districts, the old village and Fegina, the more touristy part, Monterosso al Mare also boasts important monuments.
