Highly recommend R House for a slightly fancier (but not stuffy) dinner option. It offers incredible, home-cooked food and even better hospitality. The owners (Juan & Gisela) welcome guests as if they were in their home. To top it all off, you can’t go wrong with the wine list.

Operated by a husband and wife who were long time visitors to the area before retiring, this upscale restaurant offers good food and extremely pleasant service. The husband flits around the dining room chatting with guests and making sure everyone feels like family, while his wife is the head chef. Good for a sit down dinner, reservations are recommended.
