D I N N E R - Hotel Windrow's restaurant, Basalt, offers an upscale dining experience. Are you visiting Ellensburg during the warmer months? Take advantage of Basalt's rooftop deck and enjoy your meal with a beautiful view. The rooftop deck is open Wednesday - Saturday, 3-8pm. (Basalt offers a Cauliflower Steak option for vegetarians which we personally have not tried but have heard many wonderful reviews about it.)
