There is an Augustiner downtown, between Marienplatz and Stachus, which is this one, and one in the Arnulfstr: So check the address before you meet, the other party may just wait forever otherwise!

If you want to eat typical Bavarian foot that's the place! In the heart of the city center you can get a taste what Bavarian kitchen tastes like and order you super sized 1L beer.

nice traditional Bavarian restaurant close to the Hofbräuhaus. Don't go to the Hofbräuhaus, go there instead
