It's a small business located at the entrance of a business building center. My experience at this place was the best!!! It's definitely underrated, because the food is so fresh and delicious, and the coffee is AMAZING. They serve food until 2:30pm if I'm not mistaken. It's right between Newport/Middletown sign.

A quick walk from SeaRanch to a wonderful local coffee shop. Enjoy a surprise treat with a token located on the floating shelf in the kitchen. The cinnamon honey latte is a favorite 👌🏻

THE best coffee you will have anywhere. Jordan is the owner, and the barista, he brings artistry to coffee making. He built this fantastic business from a street cart. Must try it!
