A huge public library. They have a few foreign papers you can read for free. Open sundays. Une énorme médiathèque. On peut y lire les journaux.

Public library, cinema and multi-media center for kids and adults. Offers parking possibility. In the same complex, entrance from Rue de Bagnolet, there is also the Big Mama Bar, open all day long.
