This is such a fun place where you can paint small statues of mermaids (the mascot of Norfolk) and Dolphins (the mascot of Virginia Beach) just the way you see them all over the city. They have lots of fun things to decorate them with like shells, sand and fish nets as well as the usual paints and bling
