If the trade winds are up on the rest of the island, you may get some relief here at the Wailea Emerald course. This is an excellent course with all the amenities, a good short game practice green and bunker, a great included driving range with plenty of targets (usually you can hit off grass), and a very friendly staff. There are many sets of tees. Tremendous ocean and island views. Clever Trevor also loves the more challenging Wailea Gold course that's right next to the Emerald, but Clever Trevor hasn't yet played the less famous nearby Wailea Blue course.

The Emerald Course is simply a delightful course for all players. Its carpet-like fairways, fragrant tropical foliage, and numerous ocean and island vistas capture just about everything you could expect from a golf round on gorgeous Maui.
