Imagine a 21st Century version of a bar from "Mad Men" on steroids at the new spot on the second floor of the Kimpton Gray Hotel in the Loop. An upscale library-esque setting is home to martini flights and caviar carts; a deep cocktail menu and wine list; and a dapper downtown crowd. Also check out Boleo, the retractable-roof restaurant on the top floor.
