Ok, this is just cool. A network of caverns make up the winery in a Napa mountainside. It is, in fact, 18 levels. But the main level is the winery and it is the most high tech in the valley, I would say. The Argentinian Doctor Jarvis, who invented the arterial stent is the founder and the family runs this superb winery. Don't miss a tour if you can get a reservation.
