This Vietnamese joint is in a pretty sketch neighborhood, but it's dang good, authentic food. As in, it's packed with Asians and the staff may not speak English well enough to accommodate substitutes. They fill each order with beautiful, fresh herbs, and it's worth a trek to this neighborhood just for these spring rolls.
