Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese A quaint and cozy little ramen place perfect for the rainy weather. We recommend their Tantanmen Ramen, underrated but definitely one of the best we have tried.

Though Wabi-Sabi is not a Quezon City original (its predecessor is located at The Collective in Makati), it's a welcome addition to the neighborhood with its veggie Asian offerings and cozy hole-in-the-wall feel. (We wanted to see more of the "grocery" part, though.) Must-tries: Banh Mi (P150/whole; P75/half) Viet Pho (P115), Kuapao (P65), Summer Rolls (P75), Lemongrass Iced Tea (P50) Perfect for: A light snack, feel-good meals, and dates with your vegetarian friends.

Another vegetarian place that I love going to (I love meat btw). They have a vegan/vegetarian Japanese/Asian menu with modern twists. I also remember trying non-alcoholic beer in this place.
