Carson and I are both from Florida, and grew up where deep southern cooking meets seafood. Enter our love for anything Cajun! The Lost Cajun has a few locations throughout Colorado, and we happen to frequent this one as well as the one in Frisco. Make sure to tell them it's your first time; they will send over a sampling plate to your table with their gumbo, jambalaya, crawfish etouffee, dirty rice, and lobster bisque!
