The owners of the McGrath House also own the 200 ac Cascade Property across the street. The property has hiking and mountain bike trails, a tennis court and beautiful views. Guests at the McGrath house are welcome to use this property. Home of the Bridge Jam Music Festival on the 3rd Weekend in October. www.thebridgejam.com
