If you're willing to venture over to Palo Alto, The Old Pro is a classic Stanford hangout. It's a casual sports bar with a very fun vibe and mechanical bull. Often there's a $10 cover after about 9pm, but that includes your first drink.

Younger college beer place. It has a mechanical bull. It's *that* sort of place.
