Waterfall Krčić is a 22-meter-high waterfall in the north of the Knin field, where Krčić enters in Krka. It is above the source of the river Krka and it also has its own legend. Sometimes there was a fortress on the hillside to the left of the slope which served to defend the bridge. The legend says that people will rebuild the bridge when Krcic is never touched again and when people stop fighting each other.

Just 30 minutes away from Vrlika, on the road from Zagreb you can visit small waterfall. The river Krka originates at a spring 4 kilometers east of the town Knin in the region Dalmatia, Croatia. The spring is located under a 22 meter high waterfall called slap Krčić. Krčić means tiny Krka.

The source of the river Krka is under this waterfall. The best time to see the waterfall is in the autumn or spring – sometimes during the summer it completely dries out. It can be reached with a short drive or a 45 minute walk.
