Every Monday from June through October, this vibrant farmers’ market offers an abundance of locally produced fruits and vegetables, honey, eggs, lamb, and much more. By late summer, many vendors offer incredible varieties of New Mexico green chile, and, a few weeks later, dazzling red-chile ristras adorn the booths.
