It's an office building. Go underground level, you will find everything you need. Most shops only open during office hours. There are some restaurant on first to third flr that open for lunch & dinner

The Empire tower has a 'Tops Super Market' at the basement. It's a new style supermarket having a complete range of international and local product; bakery, meat, sea food and wine. It's also offer a delicious food court close to here. Open: Mon-Fri : 7.30 AM - 21.00 PM Sat-Sun & Holidays: 8.00 AM - 21.00 PM
