If you're meeting someone downtown, the Bourse is a good point of reference since it's very central and very visible. Look for the building on Anspach avenue that looks like a courthouse.

Epicentre of Brussels, start of your discoveries of the city This is also what we call 'the pietonnier', the zone is currently under construction until 2018 but is one of the largest car-free walking zones of europe!
