A favorite all day local hangout, but also one of the oldest cafe-bars of the central square of Argostoli, Platanos has made a strong comeback this summer with a fresh look and new ownership. Strong points: The location in the middle of the action, good coffee accompanied by fresh sweets, a refined minimalist aesthetic and tasteful music.
