Downtown Boston's Chinatown is the cultural heart of the Chinese community and a lively late-night hub. At the entrance to the neighborhood, contemporary Chinatown Park features a river-inspired fountain, plants native to Asia and a square that draws chess players.

Also within walking distance from Southie (take the Traveler's street bridge close to the Broadway T), Boston's historic Chinatown features classic hole-in-the-wall restaurants such as Windsor Dim Sum cafe, Dumpling Cafe, Q restaurant (hot pot), and numerous other delightful cafes you can discover from exploring.

A 15 minute walk from where you are staying, Chinatown is a must. Great inexpensive and delicious food. You can walk through the Japanese garden along the way or pick up some bubble tea
