MICHELIN Guide Thailand Extends to Chiang Mai. Khao Soi Lam Duan (Fa Ham) Do you know that of Chiangmai famous dish is Khao Soi - Egg noodles with creamy coconut soup. We used to joke that if you're in Chiangmai and you missed the Khoi Soi dish, then you aren't actually went to Chiangmai! Local dish, Khao Soi is famous not only for Thais but foreigners should try on this delicious Chiang Mai dish.

Khao Soi is a local Chiang Mai dish originated from Chinese Thai . It is a yellow noodle soup in either chicken pork or beef curry broth topped with crispy noodles. Most famous in town and a total must try. The soup comes non spicy and one can add spices and flavours to their liking
