With more than 35 years of expertise, every bread is made by Guy, following all the rules of the ancestral French bakery traditions. Therefore, every loaf is baked with organic flour and don’t contain fat, eggs, dairy or sugar, only flavour! Guy also makes the viennoiserie (croissants, chocolate croissants, danishes etc). Marie, a professional cook, makes most of the pastries you can find at the store. She’s also delivers goods to various location throughout the Valley, and sell their products at farmer’s markets in Berwick, Bridgetown, Kentville, and Annapolis Royal. We hope they will also be at the farm market coming to Middleton's Macdonald Museum in the summer of 2018!
