Crave Fishbar

The sophisticated, sustainable seafood restaurant—with dollar oyster happy hour and everything—has damn good desserts! There’s a sour cream tart with bruléed figs and homemade graham cracker crust. They also make their own ice cream and sorbet—vanilla bean, chamomile, chocolate, salted caramel. I’ve been to Crave so often that the staff knows exactly what to bring me for dessert: a chocolate chip cookie served in the dish it’s baked in, all warm and gooey, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It’s a hot and cold party in your mouth—I can’t eat it without doing a little shimmy.
