A way to help the Puppy Adoption Centre in Providenciales is to take a puppy for a walk! Socialisation walks are a great way to enable each puppy to have that crucial socialisation time, to experience new sights, smells and meet lots of people. Like most people, the puppies get bored staying inside all day and appreciate when lovely people take them out for some exercise.

Take a little puppy stray dog for walks on the beach and socialize them. Better yet - adopt one!

If you’re interested in helping the local community, you can walk a “potcake” dog on Grace Bay beach. Google “potcake place”, and you can walk a puppy over to Grace Bay Beach. You can spend the morning with the puppy, and return it within an hour or two. This is a free activity. Head back over to the beach to relax and have a cocktail.

For the dog lovers among us. Potcake Place K9 Rescue- all volunteer not-for-profit charity with a goal to greatly reduce the number of homeless dogs in the Turks & Caicos Islands. You can "adopt" a puppy for a fun day at the beach or adopt a dog for a lifetime. They regularly need potcake helpers to deliver a potcake puppy to their new homes.
